青島中電綠網(wǎng)新能源有限公司自成立伊始就建立起了一支以“山東省泰山產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才”為核心的高科技研發(fā)及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。公司擁有各類(lèi)研發(fā)技術(shù)人員 50余名，絕大多數(shù)擁有博士、碩士或?qū)W士學(xué)位，其中碩、博士人員 10 余名，海外留學(xué)歸國(guó)人員10余 名。

中電綠網(wǎng)建立了數(shù)字能源研究院，負(fù)責(zé)前沿技術(shù)研究推進(jìn)、研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理和人才培養(yǎng)工作。該中心包含山東省博士后創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐基地、青島市智能輸配電設(shè)備制造技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心、青島市博士后創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐基地、青島市智慧能源電力專(zhuān)家工作站4個(gè)省市級(jí)研究應(yīng)用平臺(tái)。科研項(xiàng)目可依托上述平臺(tái)開(kāi)展工作，研究條件優(yōu)越，科研積累深厚，試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)完備，可以為科研項(xiàng)目提供有力的平臺(tái)支撐。基于國(guó)家在能源領(lǐng)域的“雙碳”方針并結(jié)合自身的技術(shù)成果基礎(chǔ)，圍繞“配電智能化、電力物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、新能源、智慧能源管理”四大核心展開(kāi)攻關(guān)，通過(guò)將目前人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、區(qū)塊鏈等領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)與智能電網(wǎng)輸配電關(guān)鍵技術(shù)相結(jié)合，突破現(xiàn)有的理論與技術(shù)瓶頸，做到節(jié)能降碳、降本增效，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)目前電網(wǎng)體系的能耗雙控及能源數(shù)字化升級(jí)。

公司創(chuàng)始人先后獲得西安電子科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位以及美國(guó)舊金山州立大學(xué) MBA 學(xué)位，在美工作 20 多年，先后在美國(guó)通用電氣（GE）以及美國(guó)硅谷的多家高科技公司擔(dān)任技術(shù)總監(jiān)等高級(jí)管理崗位。回國(guó)后先后擔(dān)任某電力世界 500 強(qiáng)企業(yè)在華合資公司首席技術(shù)官、青島中電綠網(wǎng)新能源有限公司總經(jīng)理（創(chuàng)始人）等職，并憑借過(guò)硬的技術(shù)素養(yǎng)以及多年的技術(shù)積累確立了其在電力行業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍地位，取得到了行業(yè)以及國(guó)家的多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)和榮譽(yù)：

Since its establishment, ZDG has built a high-tech R&D and operation management team with "Taishan Industry Leading Talents of Shandong Province" as its core. The company has more than 50 R&D and technical personnel of various types, most of whom hold doctoral, master’s or bachelor’s degrees, including over 10 master’s and doctoral holders and more than 10 returned overseas talents.
     ZDG has established the Digital Energy Research Institute, which is responsible for advancing cutting-edge technical research, managing R&D projects and cultivating talents. The institute houses four provincial and municipal research and application platforms: the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base of Shandong Province, Qingdao Innovation Center for Intelligent Transmission and Distribution Equipment Manufacturing Technology, Qingdao Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, and Qingdao Expert Workstation for Smart Energy and Electric Power. Scientific research projects can be carried out relying on the above platforms, which boast superior research conditions, profound scientific research accumulation and complete testing platforms, providing strong platform support for scientific research projects. Guided by the national "Dual Carbon" strategy in the energy sector and based on its own technological achievements, the company focuses on four core areas: "intelligent power distribution, power Internet of Things, new energy and smart energy management". By integrating technologies in artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain and other fields with key technologies of smart grid transmission and distribution, it breaks through existing theoretical and technical bottlenecks, achieves energy conservation, carbon reduction, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and truly realizes dual control of energy consumption and digital upgrading of the current power grid system.
     The founder of the company holds a master’s degree from Xidian University and an MBA degree from San Francisco State University in the United States. He has worked in the United States for more than 20 years, serving as technical director and other senior management positions in General Electric (GE) and several high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. After returning to China, he has successively served as the Chief Technology Officer of a Chinese joint venture of a Fortune Global 500 power enterprise and the  General Manager (Founder) of ZDG.
